Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

 The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any worn or tear.

 

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

 

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return or cancellation request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

 
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or a cancellation request is approved from our side.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be authorized within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. 

We provide 100% money back for the remaining subscription period.

Refund mode will be through G-pay/Paytm/issuing bank. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of the refund request.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

a. Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

b. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

The delivery may take 7-12 business days, depending on the delivery partner available in your area and their services. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

c. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

d. Customs, Duties and Taxes

iNTELLYJELLY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

e. Damages

iNTELLYJELLY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India. We are only providing digital products to the international market. Please refer to Legal agreements for digital products.

 

Failure to Take Delivery.

If Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or any part thereof, the Goods not delivered shall be held at Buyer’s sole risk in all respects. The delivery date(s) quoted are based on the Seller’s best estimate of a realistic time when delivery to the carrier will be made, and are subject to confirmation at the time of acceptance of any resulting order. Seller reserves the right to make either early shipment or partial shipments and invoice Buyer accordingly
