Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The iNTELLYJELLY's KidLit2 Writing Contest is open to children for two age groups.
Junior (Grade 2 - Grade 5).
Senior (Grade 6 - Grade9)
Submission Requirements:
- Only articles in English will be considered
- We do not appreciate plagiarism
- Articles should adhere to the specified word count, formatting, and category requirements.
- Choose any topic or theme of your choice
- Entries must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Intellectual Property Rights:
By entering the contest, contestants grant the iNTELLYJELLY Publication House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright to their submissions.
Judging and Decisions:
- The iNTELLYJELLY Publication House will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate the entries, and their decisions will be final.
- Entries will be evaluated on their individual creative merits
Confidentiality:
Contestants' personal information collected during the Contest will be kept confidential and used solely for contest-related communication.
Acceptance of Rules:
By participating in the Contest, contestants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Disqualification:
- Contestants found in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- Unsportsman like behaviour, including plagiarism or disrespectful conduct, may result in disqualification.
Liability:
- The organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the contest.
- Contestants agree to release and hold the iNTELLYJELLY Publication House Pvt Ltd from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the contest.
