Refund & Shipping Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any worn or tear.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return or cancellation request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or a cancellation request is approved from our side.
All cancellation requests must be authorized within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.
We provide 100% money back for the remaining subscription period.
Refund mode will be through G-pay/Paytm/issuing bank. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of the refund request.
